Font - Where I work, currently our parking lot is under construction. I've been employed here 17 years and this is the 2nd time. Currently the construction crew is going fast and is ahead of their schedule. Well this happened yesterday.

Font - A woman decided for whatever reason to park in a handicap parking spot. No handicap placard, no handicap person with her. When the construction crew told her to move for 2 reasons:

Font - 1- they will be doing that section of the parking lot next 2 she's in a handicap spot
  • 06
Font - She decided to scream and yell that it's their fault she parked there, she will call corporate, and they will probably be out of a job. 1 of the construction workers told her to go ahead and call corporate.
  • 07
Font - Now to today.... She just stormed in the store in a rage because she did call corporate and they didn't take her side. She is threatening to sue the company and is demanding someone pay her parking ticket
  • 08
Font - because when she returned to her car yesterday, she found a ticket on her windshield for her parking choice. Seriously? It's our fault YOU parked there? It's everyone else's fault for your actions? Ok Karen.

Font - billyrko1987 OP. 22 hr. ago Yes, I'm an employee. I don't need the lawyer, I heard her fly into the store ranting and raving. Well probably everyone in a 50 mile radius heard her... She threatened to sue the company so she won't get far with that

Font - CantBelieveThisIsTru 1 day ago How much is a first offense where you are? It would be good if she went ahead, filed a suit against your company, and lost, because she is doomed from the outset.

Font - That might teach her a lesson. It might get her to us all that energy to park somewhere else and walk to the entrance, imstead of screaming at employees.

Font - honeybaby2019 - 1 day ago I use a handicapped placard and if the space was being taken up by a poser like this, I would call the police and a tow truck. What is the fine for parking illegally? 500? No attorney will take the case because she is wrong and it isn't worth the time.

Font - ThatTotal2020 · 23 hr. ago Parking lot BS is quite rampant - taking two spots, parking crooked, using designated spots that do not apply to the driver (handicap, online pick up, to go orders, etc), and parking in a spot that does not exist. It's about time someone received a ticket for parking lot BS.

Font - JTD177 18 hr. ago When she came in demanding to be paid, you should have reached your hand into your pocket like you are looking for money, pulled it out, while starring intently at your empty hand, exclaim, " oh look, I'm all out of f s to give", then just walk away.
